Mrs. Courtney Foster

Mrs. Courtney Foster is starting her 35th year in education and her 2nd year as Assistant Principal at Eau Claire High School. During her educational career, she served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, reading specialist, district instructional coordinator, and state school improvement program director. Her areas of expertise are special education, reading instruction, lesson strategies, instructional/classroom management, and collaborative facilitation to build teacher collective efficacy. She lives in Columbia with her husband Neal and an ever-growing menagerie of ill-behaved animals. She is honored to serve the staff, students, and community of Eau Claire High School. Go Shamrocks!
