  • The WIN test is an assessment that is used by employers to measure workplace skills. It shows whether an individual is work-place ready or not. WIN is made up of several assessment tests that measure different kinds of employment-related skills. Three assessments demonstrate basic skills: Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information and Locating Information.
  • Scoring: Score of 3 is Bronze, score of 4 is Silver, score of 5 is Gold and score of 6 or 7 is Platinum
